You’ve entered Boxhead’s world.

I’m Begoña Toledo, a multidisciplinary artist based in London, working across murals, painting, animation and illustration through Boxhead, a character I created to explore identity, anonymity and selfhood, using geometry and a quiet, underlying surrealism to give form to psychological space.

Through colour and subtle shifts in perception, I create work that balances playfulness with reflection. From large-scale murals to animation, each piece becomes part of Boxhead’s world, a place where we meet at the edges of what we can share, and everything that remains just out of view.
